USABILITY TESTING
Our mid-fi prototype gave us the opportunity to test out our application in the real world.
The first step in our process for testing included reading our participants a protocol to gain informed consent and prepare them for their assigned tasks. We also asked our participants for permission to film the interaction, so we could review at a later time.

Next, we asked our participants to interact with our application and go through the process of creating a car accident report. As our participants walked through the application we encouraged feedback on what they would change and what they liked in the application.
At the end of the task, we asked for further feedback to gain an overall insight of what they had thought of the ease of use and flow of the application.
Our participants stated that overall, the application and website were easy to use and navigate through, however, they also stated that they would like further confirmation of task completion and a more obvious homepage.

Users mentioned that they found it difficult to tap a few buttons because they were too small on the screen of the cell phone.
